Transactionele Analyse

Transactionele Analyse gaat ervan uit dat ervaringen in de vroege jeugd van grote invloed zijn op de manier waarop mensen in hun latere leven communiceren.

Er worden in de TA drie ego-posities onderscheiden van waaruit mensen communiceren, te weten de Ouder, Het Kind en de Volwassene. Een transactie is een wederzijdse communicatie, waarbij niet alleen over iets gesproken wordt, maar waarbij ook een onuitgesproken interactie plaatsvindt op psychologisch niveau. De ego-posities spelen in deze onuitgesproken communicatie een belangrijke rol.

Door bewustwording van de rollen van waaruit wordt gecommuniceerd, krijgen mensen meer zicht op problemen die kunnen ontstaan in relaties; en vinden ze manieren om hier anders mee om te gaan.

Transactional Analysis

The view of Transactional Analysis is that experiences in early childhood are of great influence on the way people communicate later in life.  

In TA three ego-positions are differentiated from which people communicate, namely the Parent, the Child and the Adult. A transaction is a mutual communication, whereby not only there is being spoken about something, but also there is taking place an unspoken interaction on psychological level. The ego-positions play an important role in this unspoken communication. 

By becoming aware of the roles from which one is communicating, people gain more insight in problems that can arise in relationships; and they find ways to deal with this differently.
